Plot

Twinkle Star No Hikari Episodes

Hoshiko Kira is ordinary 16 year old girl with big dreams of being an Teen Idol. When she goes in for an audition and wins, it seems her dreams are finaly coming true. She will have to deal with rivals and stardom will trying to handal everyday life and school.

Hoshiko Kira / Twinkle Star

She is a sweet and smart young girl who is a great dancer and wonderful singer. She has happy life and loving family. She achieves her dreams when she wins an Idol audition for Seed Records. She has huge crush on a male idol called Lucky Prince and a rivalry with female idol called Flower Charm.  She has long curly silver hair and brown eyes.

Keiichiro Wakaoji / Lucky Prince

The charming and handsome 16 year old son of Keiichi Wakaoji and Masami Oshige who is also a very popular idol and dreams of being a doctor when he grows up. He has a secret crush on Twinkle Star.  He has blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Flower Charm / Chiyako Kurebayashi

A spoiled and selfish but clever 16 year old girl. She is an idol like Twinkle Star but not as popular and is very jelious of Twinkle Star's all ready great popularity.  Her mother wishes she could be friends with Hoshiko but she refuses to be friends with Hoshiko.  She has shoulder length purple hair and green eyes.

Family

Mitsuki Koyama

Her life was saved when she was 12 by 2 shinigami and her doctor.  She is now a famous singer and actress and married to Takuto.  She cares for her daughter Hoshiko very much and is still very much in love with Takuto.  She is very supprotive of her daughter.

Takuto Kira

He is 1 of the 2 shinigami who saved Mitsuki's life when she was younger and was later given a second chance at life.  He later regained his memories and got married to Mitsuki.  He is very suppotive of his daughter Hoshiko's dreams.  He is also a famous singer and musician.

Keiichi Wakaoji

He is a great doctor and cares very much for his family.  He cares for his son Keiichiro and is married to Masami Oshige.  He is a former member of the band ROUTE:L.  He saved Mitsuki's life when she was 12 years old.  He is very good friends with Takuto.

Masami Oshige

Mitsuki's old manager who now has a family of her.  She has a son named Keiichiro and married to Keiichi Wakaoji.  She is a former fangirl of ROUTE:L and was once the unpopular idol Yuina Hanakazari.  She is now manager to her son and Hoshiko.

Chisato Kurebayashi

She is Chiyako's mother and the former famous idol Madoka Wakamatsu who was once Full Moon's rival when she was an idol.  She is also a famous actress and singer who is a single mother and best friends with Mitsuki Koyama.  She wishes her daughter would be friends with Hoshiko.
